1 day of On-Site massage treatments (1 massage practitioner)

2) Bronze Level package - £499.00
1 x 60-minute back care health promotion workshop of your choice (up to 25 participants in the workshop)
1 day of On-Site massage treatments (1 massage practitioner)

3) Silver level package - £699.00
2 x 60-minute back care health promotion workshops of your choice (up to 25 participants in each workshop)

Back pain clinic for 18 20-minute back pain, musculoskeletal and posture consultations for employees

1 x 60-minute back care health promotion workshops of your choice (up to 25 participants in each workshop)

6) Premium level package - £1,699.00
2 x 60-minute back care health promotion workshops of your choice (up to 25 participants in each workshop)

1 x 60-minute introduction to a choice of either a Yoga, Pilates or T’ai Chi class

7) Premium plus level package - £2,199.00
3 x 60-minute back care health promotion workshops of your choice (up to 25 participants in each workshop)
3 days of On-Site massage treatments (3 massage practitioners)
2 60-minute introduction to a choice of either a Yoga, Pilates or T’ai Chi class
Back care and posture awareness stand to be manned by an ergonomics, back pain and health and safety specialist for the full day who will discuss back pain, back care and posture related issues with employees on a first come, first served basis./ or led by appointment.
