Option 1 – One-hour manual handling presentation

A Posture Group consultant delivers an interactive PowerPoint presentation containing all relevant information and advice:

• Introduction to manual handling
• Health risks
• Posture and correct handling techniques
• Understanding risks
• Work routines and environment
   

Option 2 – 30-minute manual handling presentation and 30-minute practical training

For up to 8 workers to attend a single session allowing the Posture Group consultant to provide practical training in the working environment. Workers have the opportunity to identify risks associated with their specific tasks and discuss them with an expert.
