Online Workstation AssessmentsPosture Group is a leading provider of online workstation assessment software that ensures compliance with the Health and Safety Display Screen Equipment regulations 1992. Posture Group's online workstation assessment system automates the process of providing workstation assessments and highlights the high priority issues that need to be dealt with to reduce the health and safety risks to your company. The online DSE workstation assessment software is recommended for companies that need to provide DSE workstation assessments for more than 15 employees.

Following completion of the workstation assessments access is provided to an online DSE report for each user providing designated line managers with a view of responses where risks may be present, with suggested action points in each case.

Online Workstation AssessmentsPosture Group's online workstation assessment software has been developed by our team of 250+ ergonomics, physiotherapy and health and safety consultants who deliver in excess of 300,000 face to face DSE workstation assessments annually. Our consultant's have developed the online workstation assessment system to streamline what they do face to face and the system provides a comprehensive workstation setup and posture training animated video combined with a follow on detailed workstation self assessment questionnaire and report with the findings and recommendations on completion.

If necessary, Posture Group can provide a follow up high risk pain management service where one of our team of ergonomics, physiotherapy and health and safety consultants will visit your premises after the Online Workstation Assessmentsassessments are completed to assist you in managing any users where further action is required, or they have a pain condition, that cannot be easily managed from within the company.

More than 3,000 companies are using Posture Group's online workstation assessment software to streamline and automate their assessment processes and cut the cost of providing their workstation assessments by up 95%.

What does the software cost and how much will you save?

Posture Group's online workstation assessment software will reduce the costs of providing face to face DSE workstation assessments from roughly £40.00 per employee for a 20-minute face to face assessment to £1.00 - £12.00 for an online assessment. The costs above vary depending on the number of assessments that are required. The cost saving will range from 70% up to 97% depending on the number of employees that require an assessment.

Unique Selling Points of the online workstation assessment software

. Completely customisable system that once setup will look like it was developed in-house. Posture Group is not looking to promote our brand and the customisation features reflect this.

. Trial the system for FREE before you commit to purchasing it.

. Post assessment On-Site support is available for any employees that may require a more in-depth pain consultation, in the cases of chronic pain. Just call us if you need us.

. The 3D animated video will illustrate to the user all the information required to setup their workstation correctly and considerations such as working posture and seated posture.

. The automated user email setup and email launch feature streamlines the administration of the system.

. Management is alerted via email to any outstanding issues that require further attention.

    . Paperless assessment process

. The system is easy to setup and use.

. Posture Group’s online DSE workstation system is completely impartial and is not focused on trying to sell you additional services, expensive ergonomic chairs or ergonomic products.

. Posture Group is an ergonomics, pain management and health and safety company that have developed the online workstation assessment package as part of our offering and we are not purely a software company.

A dedicated technical support line is available between 09:00am and 18:00pm daily if you experience any problems with the system. Technical support is also available via email and our software helpdesk out of hours.

How the system works?

  1. Users log on to the online workstation system and view Posture Group's 3-D animated training video. This provides a visual guide to safe workstation setup, seated posture and other important considerations.
  2. Each user completes Posture Group's online assessment system, making any necessary adjustments to their workstation as they go.
  3. Assessment data is automatically collated by the online system and displayed in an online report summary with details of further action required for each member of staff. Line managers can search for users by name or department.
  4. If Posture Group is required to assist with any post-assessment action a consultant returns to provide a follow-up service – for example users with chronic pain. This ensures costs are only incurred for one-to-one time with users that require it.
