Online Lone Worker Training

Posture Group have developed the online lone worker software so that Client's can provide health and safety training for any of their workers who work alone as part of their employment. The online training will ensure that lone workers at your company are trained in correct health and safety procedures when they are working alone so that they can take responsibility for their own health and safety. The lone worker training will ensure employers comply with their legal health and safety duties under the the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. The regulations state that employers are responsible for the health and safety of all staff and must also incorporate the health and safety of contractors that work On-Site at their premises and any self-employed staff who carry out work for them in addition.

The online lone worker training system will provide relevant staff with training covering the following areas:

• The health and safety law and why it is relevant to them.
• Assessing and controlling the risks of lone working.
• Safe arrangements for lone workers and those working out of normal hours.
• Medical suitability and training for lone workers.
• Supervision of lone workers and how lone workers should deal with an emergency.

• Safety for off site and field workers.
