• Check of environment (performance affecting factors).
• Check of seated posture (set-up and training).
• Assessment of work-related health risks (tasks, work routines).
• Pain prevention advice and simple desk stretches.
• Working posture analysis (while carrying out tasks)
• Full confidential report with recommendations

30-minute workstation assessment procedures:

The 30-minute workstation assessment is the same as the standard 20-minute assessment but includes a detailed seated postural assessment.
