Lone Worker at Another Organisation

Posture Group have developed the online training for staff who work alone at another organisation so that Client's can provide health and safety training for any of their workers who work alone at another organisation as part of their employment. The online training will ensure that lone workers who work at another organisation are trained in correct health and safety procedures when they are working alone so that they can take responsibility for their own health and safety. The lone worker training will ensure employers comply with their legal health and safety duties under the the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. The regulations state that employers are responsible for the health and safety of all staff and must also include all staff that work alone alongside the staff of another organisation.

The online training system for workers who work alone at another organisation will provide relevant staff with training covering the following areas:

• Safe arrangements for lone workers and those working with staff at another organisation.
• Medical suitability and training for lone workers.
