DSE Workstation Assessor Training Course

Overview
Employers must identify and assess hazards relating to computer workstations and take steps to reduce risks to staff. This 5 ½ hour course run on-site at your company will enable nominated assessors to conduct DSE (display screen equipment) assessments in accordance with legislation and guidance. In addition, delegates will learn practical steps to improve workstation layout and user posture.

Length of training
5 ½ hours of training (6 ½ hours including breaks).

Location
On-site at your premises.

Provision of equipment for the course
Posture Group will provide all the necessary equipment for the course so that trainees can participate in several different scenarios.

Certification
All course participants will receive a handbook, course notes and full certification as a qualified DSE assessor on completion of the course.

What a qualified DSE workstation assessor will be able to provide
A DSE workstation assessment for any member of staff in line with the Health and Safety Executive and DSE standards.
